Above and Beyond Perfect!

ABC is definitely a company you should check out! Why? Three reasons.

First, the salesman, Tom, praised not only the owners and the management team but also the great install team. We like hearing about a small company that is doing well.

Second, a woman in the office, Kayla, helped route my emails and advised me of any issues. The ability to have someone who coordinates your needs and requests is so important to a customer.

Finally, and above all: the workforce. Jean was in charge of the install team. (We were replacing our old A/C ducts.) On the first day, Jean’s team included Tony, Joe, and Amed. They worked from 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM — and they cleaned up before they left! On the second day, Jose, Justin, and Rob joined Jean’s team. Again, the crew worked and worked and worked. So impressive. And as tired as they were, they cleaned up before they left. Due to the idiosyncrasies of our house, six of them came back for a third and final day. When they tested our new ductwork, the A/C pumped out lots of cold air! Of course, they cleaned up before they left. As a final note, the Orange County inspector said that he was very impressed with their work.

We are very happy that we chose ABC. It was a great job done by a hard-working, knowledgeable crew at a fair price. If you are looking for A/C work, please give them a try!
